With a new look comes a new menu by Head chef Adam Hudson. Hudson has incorporated the mood of the design to effortlessly match the food with a focus on high quality "in season" produce. Breakfast remains a major focus of the menu featuring free range eggs and 3 choices of bread. As well as this all bread used in the venue can be purchased to take home. The lunch menu offers an affordable express meal with simple dishes using top quality ingredients. The dinner menu is changed seasonally which allows Hudson to concentrate on seasonal produce at its peak. Along with the traditional menu there is a focus on tapas and Grazing plates which lend themselves beautifully to a glass of wine. Veludo prides itself on offering "something for everyone" which is reflected in Hudson's menu.
